Seasonal, stylish and inventive, these three words define the Fork experience. Open seven days a week in Philadelphia’s famed Old City, Fork is a nationally acclaimed contemporary American restaurant.
Fork offers a food-forward menu that evolves daily and embodies simplicity and sophistication. It reflects international influences as well as local ingredients sourced from the finest farmers throughout the greater Delaware Valley – an approach Fork has embraced and advanced for more than a decade.
Aside from food, there are other reasons for fanfare.
Fork’s wine list offers a broad range of styles, many sourced from smaller, lesser-known producers, who we believe are making some of the best value-driven wines in the world today. We are always tasting new, hard-to-find wines, and pairing them with our fresh, inventive cuisine.
As for the atmosphere, like the food, it is simple yet sophisticated. Designed by Marguerite Rodgers, Ltd., the dining room is graciously appointed with hand-painted chandeliers hanging above a cast-concrete bar and hand-painted velvet-patterned curtains hanging gracefully from ceiling to floor. The entire space is impressive yet intimate, upscale but casual.
