Oct 1 How to Make Your Own Mozzarella, free One of this summer's most popular Thursday demonstrations, Chef Feury will show you how easy it is to make your own fresh mozzarella!
Oct 8 Making Sushi with Hiroko Shimbo, free An amazing opportunity to learn from Hiroko Shimbo, often referred to as the Julia Child of Japanese Cooking. Hiroko will demonstrate how to make fresh, excellent sushi.
Oct 15 Pasta Making, free Another one of this summer's hits, Sous Chef Andrew Wood, who spent time learning pasta making in Italy, will demonstrate how to make your own fall pasta.
Oct 22 Max McCalman, Cheese and Wine Pairing, $20 Master Fromager Max McCalman, author of The Cheese Plate and Cheese: A Connoisseur's Guide to the World's Best will be on hand with a simple wine and cheese pairing.
