Roberto and I are pleased to announce that we have named Eli Kulp as our new Executive Chef! Chef Kulp will join Fork in mid-September. His impressive resume includes most recently Chef de Cuisine of Torrisi Italian Specialties in New York City where he collaborated with Food & Wine 2012 Best New Chefs Rich Torrisi and Mario Carbone. Torrisi’s menu has been touted as one of the most innovative tasting menus in the country going beyond “farm-to-table” but weaving a truly locovore story into their menu. Additionally Chef Kulp has helped to lead kitchens at Casa Lever, La Fonda del Sol and Del Posto, all highly acclaimed restaurants in New York City. Eli is a graduate of the Culinary Institute of America.
