Pop-Up Chef's Bistro Dinner May 30!  
Our popular bistro dinner will be held May 30th, the Wednesday after Memorial Day.  In the spirit of spontaneity, the complete menu will be posted Wednesday morning, but will feature some of Chef Feury's late spring menu ideas including local asparagus, sustainable Verlasso salmon and Lancaster County spring veal. $45 for 4 courses including bistro wines. Reservations recommended.

Yards' Fighting Feury Debuting 
Philly Beer Week, June 6!
 
Don't miss our Beer Week dinner celebrating the release of Yards Fighting Feury, a collaboration between Yards Brewing Company and Chefs Terence and Patrick Feury (Nectar, Berwyn).  The limited edition Yards Fighting Feury will be a golden ale infused with local kaffir lime leaves grown at Green Meadow Farm in Lancaster County. The dinner will feature both Feury brothers- two courses by Patrick and two courses by Terence. Four courses, including beer, $55 per person, excluding tax and gratuity. Click here to see the menu. Fork Annual Fishing Trip, July 28!  
Save the date for the annual Fork fishing trip!  Saturday, July 28th. You can't get any fresher fish than this! Chef Feury and Fork Fishmonger Anthony McCarthy will take you out from Atlantic City for black bass fishing. Return to Fork and Chef Feury will cook up the day's catch. Bourse Parking only $5 on Wednesdays! 
Through June 16, you can park at the Ritz at the Bourse parking garage on Wednesday evenings after 5 PM for only $5.  All you need is a validation stamp from Fork and mention the special to the cashier.  Every other night of the week, enjoy our normal validated rate of $6.50.
