Fork hosts Winemaker Michel Gros for a special Burgundy wine dinner, January 30.  Michel's family has been producing wine in the Nuits St. Georges region since 1804. Working beside his father, Jean Gros, from 1975 until his father retired in 1995, Michel helped expand the family's holding to include vines in the Hautes Côtes de Nuits, Vosne Romanée, Chambolle Musigny and Morey St Denis to their vineyards in Nuits St Georges and their flagship monopole, Clos des Réas. A meticulous winemaker, Michel devotes significant time working in the vineyard to ensure  the best possible quality of fruit.  His wines are expressive and pure, yet with superb concentration and ability to age.    Click here to see the menu.  For reservations, 215.625.9425
